Here's what to look for when handicapping the eight Breeders' Cup races on Saturday at Churchill Downs:

Wrong!
Republicans, that's right, Republicans, the ones who are supposed to pride themselves on staying out of your personal lives, have decided to act like Democrats and force their morality on you.

Breeders Cup back at Churchill Downs
Total purse money was jacked up $6 million to $20 million for the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships on Nov. 4 to keep the races competitive with other major stakes throughout the world.
The BC event is being held for a record sixth time in 16 years at historic Churchill Downs. Seven of the eight races were increased from $500,000 to $1 million. That's plenty of moolah. No purse is less than $2 million.
The BC, which continues to increase in popularity, has enjoyed its best afternoons at Churchill Downs. A record crowd of 80,452 turned out in 1998.
When the BC returned to Churchill Downs in 2000, more than $108 million was wagered the pari-mutuel record for the 22 programs first held in '84.

Poker - Re-buy Tournaments
As I stated in my last article about speed/turbo tournament strategy, the online poker rooms are coming with up with lots of different types of tourneys to maintain interest among their clientele. Another type of tourney that is popular now is what’s called a re-buy. These are tournaments that will allow you to re-enter if you go broke. All you have to do is click the re-buy icon that pops up, and you’re right back in the mix.
The re-buy tournaments are becoming more popular as the age of the average poker player gets younger. In my last article I talked about how the turbo tourneys were popular because things move at a much faster pace and the tourneys get completed in about two-thirds of the time of a normal tourney. Weeks 6 and 7 are crucial weeks for your fantasy team because there are 12 NFL teams on their bye, 6 in each week. All of the other bye weeks (3, 4, 5, 8, and 9) only see 4 teams on a bye, so if it seems like your whole team is on a bye this week or next, that’s why. It is vital that you field a competitive team these two weeks even if you have a ton of guys out.
